Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with young adults who are navigating the many challenges that come with this stage of life, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I also work with adolescents and adults.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara and have experience in private practice, school-based mental health, and community settings. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more connected to yourself and more equipped to navigate whatever life brings your way.

What you can expect from me

Let's be honest: sharing vulnerable parts of your life with someone you've just met can feel really weird and nerve-racking. I understand that, and I have a deep respect for the courage it takes to reach out for support and take that first step. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can begin to feel at ease. During our first session, we'll talk about what's been bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain from it, and any questions you may have about the process. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, hopeful, and reassured that you don't have to navigate things alone.
