Great to meet you!

My name is Erica Budd, and I am a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor with over eight years of experience in the mental health and substance use fields. My professional experience includes working with individuals involved in the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC) and those receiving Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges related to mental health, substance use, and life transitions. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward their goals. My approach is collaborative and centered on each client’s unique needs, strengths, and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe every individual has unique strengths, experiences, and challenges that deserve to be understood without judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and working toward meaningful change.

Drawing from my experience in mental health and substance use treatment, including IDRC and MAT, I use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches tailored to each client’s needs. I work with clients to develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to meet clients where they are, support their personal growth, and help them move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me
