Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that therapy with me is a collaborative process. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore those experiences without judgment.

I value authenticity, compassion, and connection, and I will meet you where you are while also gently challenging you when it can support your growth. You do not have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We will work together to identify your strengths, build practical coping skills, and help you feel more confident navigating life's challenges. My goal is to walk alongside you as you find your voice, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I meet each client where they are and work alongside them to explore their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns at a pace that feels comfortable.

I incorporate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based interventions, to help clients build self-awareness, develop practical coping skills, and recognize their existing strengths. Through active listening, validation, and gentle challenge, my goal is to support clients as they build resilience, reclaim their voice, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
