Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping individuals find healing and balance through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, I bring a deeply rooted sense of empathy, advocacy, and holistic understanding into every session. I’ve cared for individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments, and that same dedication guides my work in psychiatry. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and rooted in both science and humanity. I believe that mental health treatment should be as individualized as the people seeking it. I take the time to listen to each client’s story, identify their goals, and tailor care plans using a blend of psychopharmacology, therapy, and holistic strategies when appropriate. I’m a strong advocate for incorporating therapeutic modalities that go beyond symptom management, promoting overall wellness and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling empowered, informed, and supported. Whether we’re exploring new treatment options, managing existing conditions, or simply navigating life’s stressors, my goal is to help clients gain clarity, confidence, and control over their mental health. I strive to build trusting relationships where growth can happen, and where every person feels like an active participant in their care.
