Great to meet you!

I have a passion for helping people feel empowered, confident, and motivated to make a positive change in their lives and relationships — and ultimately become the best versions of themselves in the process. I love what I do! Whether you’re seeking therapy as an individual, couple, or family, I can help.

When I’m not doing this, I’m either traveling, listening to a podcast, chasing my toddler, or watching a documentary while eating sushi...just in case you were wondering.

My approach to therapy

Life can be hard, complicated, confusing, and messy. And you’re only human! Sometimes trying the best you can doesn’t feel like enough.

I can help you try something different today. I use a compassionate, straightforward approach - mixed with humor, candor, and occasional pop culture references - to help you get your power back so you can crush this thing called life.

What you can expect from me

One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to therapy — that’s why we’ll collaborate to find the ultimate combo of solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion focused therapy, and acceptance commitment therapy that works for you. We can even incorporate art therapy!

I’ll challenge you gently and compassionately while we tackle emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and actions that are holding you back from living the life you want.
