Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I have worked with a diverse group of clients in a variety of settings. I also have a significant amount of experience assisting clients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic framework is both person-centered and strengths-based. I incorporate an eclectic array of treatment modalities into my clinical work. Treatment modalities that I frequently utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic approaches, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that by fostering a person-centered, nonjudgmental, and trusting therapeutic environment, we can work to challenge patterns that no longer benefit you while increasing your awareness of your unique strengths and innate abilities to transform problems into solutions. It would be a sincere privilege to be part of your journey towards greater peace.
