Great to meet you!

Have you noticed that you are the one that everyone relies on yet you feel unsupported? Do you find yourself putting your focus on making sure others feel comfortable, heard, and cared for rather than care for yourself emotionally? If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. In partnering with clients, I take a warm, collaborative approach. Clients are reminded in sessions that their feelings are valid and are the priority in each session. I gently encourage clients to explore suppressed or avoided feelings in an emotionally safe, non-judgemental space. I collaborate with clients to build confidence in setting boundaries.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and grounded in cognitive behavioral techniques. I help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, while building practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and create healthier patterns. I believe deeply in honoring the wisdom and strengths clients bring into the therapy space.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to be heard and understood. I take time to get to know you and what you’re hoping to change or improve. I believe you are the expert on your own life, so your perspective guides our work. From there, we’ll collaborate to decide the best path forward—one that feels realistic, affirming, and tailored to you.
