Great to meet you!

Aa a therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being open and honest about their experiences. I believe therapy works best when there is trust, respect, and collaboration between the therapist and client.

I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and I value the courage it takes to begin the process. My goal is to meet clients where they are listen with empathy, and provide guidance and tools that support growth, healing and positive change. I approach therapy with compassion, authenticity, and professionalism. I believe every person has strengths that can be built upon, and together we can work towards developing healthier coping skills, improving self-awareness, and achieving personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, supportive, and collaborative. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and change when they are provided with a safe and nonjudgmental space. My goal is to meet each client where they are and work together to better understand their experiences, challenges, and strengths.

I utilize evidence-based practices and tailor treatment to each individual's needs. In our work together, we will explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges more effectively.

I value building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and empathy. Whether you are working through stress, trauma, relationship concerns, substance use, or personal growth, therapy can be a place where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive space. During this session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, any concerns you may be experiencing and what you hope to gain from counseling.

I will also review confidentiality, answer any questions you may have, and gather some background information to better understand your experiences and needs. Together, we will begin identifying goals and discuss how therapy can support you in reaching them.
