Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I founded Full Circle Mental Health LLC on a simple belief: therapy should fit your life, not the other way around. Seeking support takes courage, and I’m here to provide a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself.

While I work with a wide range of life challenges, I specialize in areas that can feel particularly heavy, complex, or isolating to navigate alone:

• Trauma & PTSD: If you are an adult who is tired of just getting by and you feel ready to go deeper than surface-level coping, we can work together to heal the root of your pain and help you reclaim your peace.

• Couples, Premarital & Blended Family Counseling: Whether you are dating, engaged, navigating the day-to-day friction of a long-term partnership, or working through the unique complexities of merging households and building a blended family, I help couples build strong foundations, improve communication, and deepen connection.

• Religious Deconstruction & Faith Transitions: If you are questioning, shifting away from, or leaving a belief system you built your life around, I offer a safe space to unpack the complex, often lonely emotions that come with rewriting your story.

As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio, I earned my degrees at Ohio Dominican University and Walden University. I know that every person's story is unique, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. My toolkit includes advanced, specialized training in the Gottman Method, Bowen Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused CBT.

No matter where you are on your journey, we will work together to find a path forward that feels authentic and manageable for you. Whenever you’re ready, reach out—I’d love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative — I match the modality to what you actually need, rather than applying a single framework to everyone.

For individuals and trauma: I use DBT, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Narrative Therapy to address thought patterns, process past wounds, and rebuild a sense of self.

For couples: I draw on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you identify negative communication cycles, deepen attachment, and build lasting connection. Premarital counseling is a specialty.

For blended families: Bowen Family Systems Therapy helps map multigenerational patterns and navigate the real complexity of merging households.

For faith transitions: I offer a non-judgmental, identity-affirming space for religious deconstruction — wherever you are in that process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is less about diving into heavy processing and more about connection and understanding.

We'll talk about what's brought you here — whether that's managing anxiety, unpacking trauma, navigating a faith transition, or working through relationship friction. You share only what you're ready to share; you set the pace entirely.

By the end, we'll have a clearer picture of your goals and a flexible roadmap for where to begin. You don't need to have it all figured out before you show up — come exactly as you are.
