Great to meet you!

If you are navigating daily anxiety, unpacking complex trauma, or processing a profound faith transition, you deserve a therapeutic space that adapts to your life—not a rigid, one-size-fits-all formula.

At Full Circle Mental Health LLC, your individual journey, relationship, or blended family dynamic is the center of our work. Whether you are seeking premarital counseling, working through the unique friction of merging households, or navigating religious deconstruction, you will find a collaborative, strengths-based environment where you set the pace.

Together, we draw from an integrative framework completely customized to your needs, honoring your innate resilience while exploring practical tools to help you manage change. You are the true expert on your own life, and our goal is to build a supportive, tailored roadmap to help you move forward securely.

My approach to therapy

Your therapy should fit your life, not the other way around. At Full Circle Mental Health LLC, your unique needs, history, and goals guide the entire therapeutic process. You will experience an integrative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed framework that honors your innate resilience while providing a deeply safe, paced environment to explore past wounds.

Because every individual, couple, and blended family encounters distinct challenges, you have access to a wide range of established therapeutic modalities. Depending on your personal focus, our collaborative work can draw from:

  • For Your Individual & Trauma Healing: You can utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), standard CBT, DBT skills, and Person-Centered Therapy to cultivate self-compassion and support your emotional regulation.
  • For Your Relationship Growth: As a couple, you can experience the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help identify negative communication cycles, explore attachment patterns, and build lasting intimacy.
  • For Your Blended Family Collective: Your household can utilize Bowenian Family Systems Therapy to map out multi-generational patterns and safely navigate the unique complexities of merging households.
  • For Your Action-Oriented Goals: You can leverage Solution-Focused tools, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based coaching to help clarify your direction and identify intentional, manageable steps forward.

Ultimately, you remain the true expert on your own life. Together, we can weave these modalities into a flexible, personalized roadmap designed to help you manage anxiety, navigate religious deconstruction, process trauma, or strengthen your most important relationships.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can bring up a lot of emotions, and feeling a bit nervous is completely natural. Your first session offers a safe, non-judgmental environment focused entirely on building mutual trust, understanding your immediate concerns, and outlining your collaborative next steps.

This initial time together is less about diving straight into heavy emotional processing and more about connection, comfort, and understanding the big picture of your life. Here is exactly how your first 50 minutes unfold:

  • Building Connection: You will have the opportunity to get to know the therapeutic environment and ensure you feel comfortable in our virtual space. Because a supportive relationship is foundational to healing, the priority is that you feel deeply heard and validated.
  • Exploring Your Narrative: You can discuss whatever feels heaviest for you right now—whether that involves managing daily anxiety, unpacking layers of trauma, navigating a faith transition, or managing relationship friction. You share only what you are ready to share; you set the pace completely.
  • Aligning Your Goals: If you are visiting as a couple or a blended family, everyone in your household receives a voice to safely look at collective dynamics. As an individual, you will focus on highlighting your unique, innate strengths.
  • Designing Your Roadmap: Before you log off, you will collaborate on a flexible, intentional framework to guide our future work together.

You do not need to have all the answers or know exactly what to say before your call. You are invited to come exactly as you are, taking it one step at a time.
