Great to meet you!

I have been a practicing social worker for the past 13 years with experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, collaborative care, and education. While life transitions, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal issues are my specialties, let's discuss what your needs are and how I can help.

My approach to therapy

Need a listening ear today? Need collaborative problem solving tomorrow? Need strategies the next day? Need to process the events of life the day after that? It is my belief that therapy should be tailored to the specific goals of my clients. My approach is flexible because not every session should be the same. From teens, to adults, Veterans, to musicians or doctors, students, those of you looking for short-term solutions or long-term collaboration...however you identify I am committed to helping you meet your goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is to help you meet your goals. I want you to feel safe, empowered, and connected throughout your entire therapy experience.
