Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in supporting Young Adults, Millennials, and College students, in navigating life's challenges. Serving clients in Florida and New York, I bring a compassionate approach to therapy tailored to individuals aged 18-50. With a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and as a mother of two young adults, I understand the diverse roles and responsibilities of individuals. My therapeutic style is versatile; I serve as an educator, a guide, a listener, a confidant, and, at times, a mirror to reflect clients' inner experiences.

**I do not offer couples counseling through this platform.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach utilizes a systemic viewpoint that analyzes how an individual's behavior makes sense in context to their reality, and how it's impacted by relationships - which can be an impediment to change. I also adhere to attachment-based theory - which focuses on how an individual formed an early attachment with their caregivers and how that plays out in future relationships. I appreciate the importance of a strong alliance between myself and my client.

What you can expect from our first session

Life isn’t a straight line. Career paths, relationships, identity, dreams — they’re constantly evolving. And some days, it feels like everyone else has it all figured out except you. If you’re feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed about what’s next, you’re not alone. I offer therapy to help you navigate all the changes with clarity, courage, and compassion.

Modern life puts a lot on your shoulders. You’re navigating a world that’s constantly shifting, while carrying the weight of past experiences, present pressures, and future uncertainties. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and struggles in a way that feels real, relatable, and judgment-free. As someone who understands all the roles you're expected to juggle, I’m here to remind you: It’s okay to need support. It’s okay to feel vulnerable. It’s okay to want more for yourself — and still be exactly who you are. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s work together to reconnect and heal.

You’re stronger than you think. Therapy can help you rise above self-doubt, heal old wounds, and move forward with courage, clarity, and a sense of purpose. You deserve more than survival — you deserve a life that’s bold, fulfilling, and truly yours. I’m here to help you get there.
