Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in supporting Gen-Z and Millennial women and men, including college students, in navigating life's challenges. Serving clients in Florida and New York, I bring a compassionate approach to therapy tailored to individuals aged 18-45. With a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and as a mother of two young adults, I understand individuals' diverse roles and responsibilities. My therapeutic style is versatile; I serve as an educator, a guide, a listener, a confidant, and, at times, a mirror to reflect clients' inner experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach utilizes a systemic viewpoint that analyzes how an individual's behavior makes sense in context to their reality, and how it's impacted by relationships - which can be an impediment to change. I also adhere to attachment-based theory - which focuses on how an individual formed an early attachment with their caregivers and how that plays out in future relationships. I appreciate the importance of a strong alliance between myself and my client.

What you can expect from our first session

If you are having difficulty or are experiencing challenges in your individual life or interpersonal relationships, I will work with you toward the goal of redefining and relabeling symptoms that are functioning like weights around your ankles, holding you back from discovering your true destiny. I have experienced similar struggles along my self-discovery journey, and I understand that exploring these issues is necessary to start the healing process.
