Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. If life feels heavy, overwhelming, or like you’ve been carrying too much on your own, you’re not alone. I work with teens (12+) and adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, low mood, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside. In our work together, you’ll have a calm, supportive space where you can finally exhale, feel heard without judgment, and start making sense of what you’re going through. We’ll work together at your pace to help you feel more grounded, understood, and confident in your life.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as calming, easy to talk to, and someone who really listens. Therapy with me is collaborative and down-to-earth—we talk through what’s going on, connect patterns, and build practical tools you can actually use. I also welcome spiritual strengths if they’re meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out can feel like a big step, but you don’t need everything figured out to start. I currently have openings for new clients ages 12+. If you’re ready to feel more supported, less alone, and more like yourself again, I’d be honored to work with you. You can book a session or reach out anytime to get started.
