Great to meet you!

As your group therapist, I'll help you find deeper meaning and connection through the practice of authenticity: "letting go of who we think we're supposed to be and embracing who we are" (Brené Brown).

Group therapy is about honesty with yourself and others. Through the practice of relational mindfulness, you'll learn to bring your full authentic self into connection. You'll learn to transcend loneliness and find your way to a life of more courage, compassion, vulnerability and love.

My approach to therapy

I lead interpersonal process therapy groups that help people transcend loneliness and find greater connection, intimacy and belonging.

My approach integrates relational mindfulness; attachment- and trauma-informed models; and relational, existential and spiritual traditions.

Beginning Group means joining a supportive therapeutic community. Group offers a social laboratory for practicing emotional honesty and authenticity and learning more about how you impact others and how others impact you.

What you can expect from me

Group therapy can support you in developing more fulfilling relationships. You'll find a therapeutic community of fellow travelers to accompany you on your journey as you heal wounds, find where you belong, and cultivate honest relationships that bring more meaning, connection, play, and vitality to your life.

Let's begin. I invite you to reach out. We'll talk about how group can help you grow.

Are you ready to create a life of greater love and purpose? If so, I look forward to hearing from you.
