Great to meet you!
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, family-oriented, and someone who genuinely loves people and meaningful conversation. I hold a dual Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy, with advanced training in grief and trauma.
I'm warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and honest. I value authenticity and believe there is room in therapy for meaningful conversations, difficult emotions, reflection, and even laughter. I created Mindz That Matter from my belief that our emotional well-being deserves the same attention we give other important areas of our lives.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, good food, being outdoors, and spending time in nature. As a therapist, I bring my clinical experience, my humanity, and a genuine commitment to creating a space where you can simply be yourself.
