I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Georgia. I have over a decade of experience as a therapist. My practice includes individual, family and couples counseling. My areas of expertise include: Anxiety, Stress-Related Disorders, Perinatal Mood Disorders, Survivors of Abuse or Trauma, Life Transitions and Women’s Issues.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer evidence-based alternatives such as EMDR, CBT, ACT and MBCT
