Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.
Our first session is an opportunity for you to feel comfortable with me. The most important feature in therapy is creating a safe nonjudgmental space. You will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
