Great to meet you!

I graduated from Western Kentucky University, in 2004, with a major in Sociology and a minor in Criminology. I moved to Louisville KY in 2007 to work at child protective services. While there, I became passionate about working with the community and improving their wellbeing. I received a Master's in Mental Health Counseling in 2016.

Erica is big on family and gives kudos to her two children for pushing her to be the best version of herself!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I don't have a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I base my approach on what I see fit for my client. I do want therapy to be a collaborative effort, for my clients to think outside the box and be open-minded to new perspectives.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away new ideas, new ways of thinking, and new ways to approach life situations.
