Great to meet you!

I am glad you are here. Wherever you are on your journey, whether you feel ready, unsure, or somewhere in between, you are welcome just as you are. Through transparency, compassion, and trust, I support individuals as they work through concerns related to self-esteem and self-worth, coping skills, relationships, family, school, career, and other stressors. I specialize in individual therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating life's transitions. My experience as a clinical social worker, along with fifteen-plus years in corporations helping employees navigate personal, family, and career challenges, gives me a deeper understanding of how different areas of life interact to facilitate personal growth and valued living.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I draw on CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and compassion-focused methods, blending what fits your unique goals. Together, we examine longstanding patterns, build coping skills, ease stress and anxiety, and create meaningful, lasting change in the areas of life that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are navigating a major life transition, havng relationship difficulties, managing workplace stress, working through anxiety or depression, or seeking support during a challenging season, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you as you build resilience and pursue meaningful change. Together, we can create the space for you to thrive.
