Great to meet you!
Healing begins with connection. Growth begins with understanding. Transformation begins when you are ready to do the work.
I am a compassionate, committed, and clinically trained therapist who believes therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, understood, challenged, and empowered. My approach is grounded in the belief that your experiences may have shaped you, but they do not have to define you.
As a Certified Trauma-Informed Therapist, DBT-Certified clinician, and EMDR-trained therapist, I work with individuals navigating the lasting impact of trauma, childhood experiences, long-term abuse, difficult relationships, PTSD, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.
I understand that therapy can be empowering, but it can also be challenging. As we begin to unfold the layers of your experiences through psychoeducation and therapeutic work, you may gain insight into patterns, emotions, relationships, and behaviors that have impacted your life. My role is to help you navigate those discoveries with compassion while also holding you accountable for the growth you desire.
I don't believe therapy is simply about talking about what happened to you. It's about understanding what happened, recognizing how it continues to affect you, developing the tools to respond differently, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
I bring my education, clinical experience, credentials, skills, and therapeutic tools into every client relationship—but I also know that credentials alone do not create meaningful change. Connection does.
When we connect, we can do the work.
My goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving and begin intentionally creating a healthier, more empowered version of yourself—for you and for the people and relationships that matter most.
This is your story. Your healing. Your growth.
