Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Dr Erica. I’m an Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges. I believe mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being, and everyone deserves a provider they can trust and feel comfortable with. My work often supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, and cultural or ethnic concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empowering, and affirming. I take time to listen to your experiences without judgment and work with you to create a care plan that reflects your goals, values, and needs. I see treatment as a trusting partnership, and I’m committed to providing thoughtful, professional, and compassionate care throughout your journey.

What you can expect from me

From our first sessions, you can expect a welcoming space where you can speak openly and feel heard. I’ll listen attentively, learn more about what brings you in, and answer your questions so we can decide on the best path forward together. We’ll focus on building rapport and creating a strong foundation for your care at a pace that feels comfortable for you. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session.
