Great to meet you!

If life feels scary, overwhelming, or like you’re stuck in a role you never auditioned for — I'm here to help you author a new story. All parts of you are welcome here.

What to expect: In our first session, we’ll use the hour to get to know you a bit and learn what successful therapy means to you. Therapy with me is human-centered and empowering. I offer a safe, protected space to focus on your growth. Your questions are always welcome.

I am an expert at counseling and creating safe space.

You are the author of you.

I hold an MA in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University, an MS in Library and Information Science and a BS in Information Science both from University of Pittsburgh, an AOS in Massage Therapy from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and completed Yoga Teacher Training at Shoshoni Ashram. I am EMDR-trained.

I offer compassionate attention, deep listening and witnessing along with evidence-based, consent-based, trauma-informed, and intuitive therapy customized for you. A session with me may include questionnaires, partswork, emotion, EMDR, experientials, movement, stillness, astrology, tarot cards, breathwork, body-oriented approaches, mindfulness skills, pauses, and silence.

To me, life is a game, and I love co-creating win-wins with others. I enjoy playing with my cat, singing, dancing, storytelling, and nature. A lifelong learner, I am currently learning the Irish language and love exploring astrology. Reach out if you’re feeling curious. I look forward to hearing from you!
