Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who has been practicing in Florida since 2012. I strive to help individuals and couples without judgement, providing feedback and support when needed. I understand the difficulty in reaching out for help, and will do my best to offer the support that is needed. I try to conduct myself with honesty and care, and believe my clients recognize that.
As a provider I will listen without judgement, and do my best to help clients overcome their challenges. I am also very punctual, as my client’s time is important. I tend to see people regarding communication and relationship issues, as well as individual challenges. I typically incorporate cognitive behavioral principles with my clients.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
