Great to meet you!

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I received my Master of Social Work license in 2023 and recently became licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker in 2025. I bring over a decade of experience in social services and nonprofit leadership, including work as a caseworker in Adult Protective Services and Foster Care, a program manager at a day rehabilitation center for adults with intellectual disabilities, an individual therapist, and Executive Director for a local non-profit agency. I have been fortunate to have a career that reflects a strong commitment to improving outcomes for individuals and families across the lifespan.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide compassionate, strengths-based care rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. I believe therapy should be both meaningful and approachable. I intentionally incorporate appropriate humor, empowerment, and practical tools into sessions to help my clients build resilience, confidence, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In an initial session, clients can expect to be met with active listening, compassion, and kindness. I believe collaboration is the best practice to ensure the success of therapy and I will work diligently to provide comfort to all those I meet with.
