Great to meet you!

Remember you are BIGGER than your problems! Life looks different in every season, but feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or emotionally stuck can happen at any age. I work with children entering middle school, adults, and older adults who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, family stress, attention and focus difficulties, and life transitions. Whether you’re a parent watching your child struggle with changing friendships and growing expectations, an adult balancing responsibilities while feeling emotionally exhausted, or an older adult adjusting to shifts in identity, health, relationships, or routine, therapy can provide a space to feel supported and better understand what you need.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, and family system concerns. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed by emotions, frustrated by communication patterns, struggling to stay focused, or feeling stuck in roles and expectations that no longer feel sustainable. Together, we’ll explore the experiences and relationship dynamics contributing to stress while developing practical tools to improve emotional regulation, confidence, communication, and day-to-day functioning. I believe challenges rarely exist in isolation, which is why I take time to understand both the individual and the broader systems that shape their experience.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients feel understood rather than judged. In therapy, we’ll work at a pace that feels manageable while focusing on meaningful change that supports your goals and daily life. Whether you're helping your child adjust to middle school, trying to manage ADHD more effectively, working through family challenges, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, my goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
