Great to meet you!

After graduating with my Master's in Social Work in 2015, I have worked in multiple setting types, such as hospitals, health care, crisis intervention, case management, and private practice. I have worked with diverse populations amidst these settings. I have experience working with individuals (children, adolescents, adults), couples, and families. I have training in various modalities also, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma-focused care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Life can carry some of the most trying and rewarding moments. I want to support you in navigating these challenges, encourage personal growth, and celebrate your strengths. I encourage your feedback throughout the process to ensure a collaborative approach. In every session, you will be met with a warm, empathetic (sometimes humorous) approach to create a safe and welcoming environment.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for clients to feel that they have been heard, seen, and understood. I hope for clients to be able to identify their own strengths and understanding regarding their life's challenges and experiences while exploring these in a safe environment.
