Great to meet you!

My specialty focus is working with undergrads, grads, and young professionals of color regarding transitional issues. These include anxiety related to entering the work force, preparing for graduation, adjusting to campus life, social anxiety/peer conflicts, managing relationship stressors, and dealing with microaggressions on and off campus.

My approach to therapy

From a strength-based perspective, and client-centered framework, I provide a collaborative, non-judgmental, safe, and empathetic environment. I can help you with managing stress/anxiety, finding the good in goodbye for toxic relationships, prioritizing self-care, and preventing burn-out.

What you can expect from me

At any point in our lives, we have all needed someone who supports us, encourages us in the darkest moments, and motivates us to do achieve the life we desire. I am ready to take the first step on the journey of self-discovery with you if you are.

Please note that if you are 15 minutes or more later for your scheduled session that it constitutes a no show appt and fees will apply.
