Great to meet you!

Do you feel like you've done everything right and still wonder why it doesn't feel like enough?

I'm Erica, a licensed clinical social worker working with adults who are self-aware, capable, and still privately wondering why something feels off.

Many of my clients are high achievers and caregivers who show up for everyone else and hold everything together. Yet privately, there's a growing sense that the life they've built doesn't quite feel like theirs.

I work with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and curious about understanding themselves more deeply. Together, we explore the patterns, relationships, fears, and expectations that may be shaping your life in ways that aren't immediately obvious.

My approach to therapy

This isn't quick work, but it tends to create real and lasting change.

Clients often describe feeling uninterrupted and unhurried in our work together. We don't rush toward solutions or simple answers. Instead, we make space for the questions that feel difficult to name and the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked for a long time.

I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health, supporting people through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and the identity shifts that can come with them.

What you can expect from me

Finding the right therapist matters. I'm happy to have a brief conversation before you commit to anything, just to make sure this feels like the right fit. Book a consultation directly through my profile and let's talk.
