Great to meet you!

I'm a former educator who builds on my skills from the classroom and incorporates them in my sessions. During the Covid-19 Pandemic I felt it was imperative for me to focus on Trauma and I dedicated the past two years to receiving my Trauma Certification. I'm also certified in Interactive Metronome. I worked for a behavior hospital for five years and I specialize in Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Anger Management, Stress, ADD, ADHD, Behavior Issues, & Family Conflict.

My approach to therapy

I subscribe to use a variety of approaches. I am empathetic. I want my clients to look for rainbows when it's raining. My belief is determination gets more done than doubt and agrees with Josh Billings, "Life is a grindstone and whether it grinds you down or polishes you up depends on what your made of.

What you can expect from me

My mission is to promote a positive nurturing environment for my clients, spark an enthusiasm for optimism, and provide a strong foundation for life long learning to become an even better you. You will leave feeling better than you did before each session.
