Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Erica!

It can be difficult to watch your child or teen struggle and not know how to help. You may find yourself wondering what they need, how to connect with them, or how to navigate challenges as a family. I’m here to help you and your family through those challenges. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from SUNY Albany and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hartwick College. I have over six years of clinical experience working with children, teens, and young adults ages 2–26 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, behavioral challenges, and life transitions.

Whether you’re a parent concerned about your child, a teen feeling overwhelmed, or a young adult navigating a difficult transition, my goal is to help you better understand your emotions, build confidence, and develop the tools you need to move forward. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative and supportive space where you can be yourself & grow.

My approach to therapy

I have an energetic and approachable style, and I strive to create a space where my clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very first session. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and art therapy to create sessions that are tailored to each person’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not a checklist. I will ask about what brought you here,

what you have already tried, and what you want to feel different going forward.
