Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual/bicultural therapist with experience serving diverse populations throughout my education, training, and professional practice. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-doubt, and self-criticism. I am passionate about helping clients gain insight into their experiences, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we work to identify strengths, foster personal growth, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. During this session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and the goals you hope to achieve. I may ask questions about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and any challenges you are currently experiencing to gain a better understanding of your unique circumstances.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable discussing. Together, we will identify areas of focus and begin developing a plan tailored to your needs and goals. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether I am the right fit to support you on your journey toward growth and healing.
