Great to meet you!

I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or carrying experiences they have not had the space to fully process. I also support parents and caregivers who are trying to help teens through behavioral issues, school struggles, divorce, bullying, or other major family changes.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work, which provided me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, emotional wellness, and the impact of life experiences on our mental health.

My approach to therapy

Together, we focus on insight, developing coping tools, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I help clients process trauma, strengthen self-esteem, manage anxiety, and move through difficult life transitions with more clarity and support. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded, and I incorporate trauma-informed work and EMDR-informed strategies into the therapy process.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure, without judgment, and without the expectation that you have everything figured out.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once, you are always in control of what you choose to open up about and when.

We’ll also go over a few important details, such as confidentiality, your rights as a client, and how the therapy process works. This is a great time for you to ask any questions you may have, whether it’s about my approach, scheduling, or what future sessions might look like.

I take a warm, open-minded, and empowering approach, so you can expect our conversation to feel natural and nonjudgmental. My role is to listen, support, and begin to understand your unique experiences while helping you feel safe and heard.
