Great to meet you!

Choosing to start therapy takes so much courage, so I congratulate you on taking that first step! In working with people across all ages & stages of life, I seek to help them navigate the challenges and transitions that life brings. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where you can be yourself and grow at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

By using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT), I seek to meet you where you are in processing your experiences & life's challenges. My approach is strength-focused, collaborative, and empowering. Together, we’ll explore challenges, learn new coping tools, and build your confidence to manage life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and the goals you’d like to set. I’ll answer any questions or concerns you might have, as well as explain what you can expect from the process. This time is about understanding your needs & collaboratively developing a path that feels right for you and your identified needs.
