With over two decades immersed in the behavioral sciences, Erica brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding to the complexities of addiction and mental health treatment. For the past 17 years, she has focused her expertise within the addiction treatment field. She skillfully utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Theory, Behavioral Modification, and Relapse Prevention to help clients explore and challenge limiting belief systems that often fuel addictive behaviors and hinder personal growth. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a certification in Criminology from the University of Utah and a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
