Great to meet you!

Hello! I am Erica Sasville and I am an LICSW in Massachusetts. Have you been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or not your best? I’d like to help you! I have been in the helping profession for 17 years. I have worked in different settings including residential, public schools, and outpatient with clients of all ages. I have spent the last 12 years of my career in school social work helping children, teens, and their families make positive changes in their lives and manage daily stressors.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best with collaboration. I use strategies from CBT to help with depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, family conflict, anger management, life changes/adjustments, family issues, relationship issues, and emotion regulation.

What you can expect from our first session

I know it is important in a therapeutic relationship to feel safe, valued, respected, and heard to develop trust. I do my best to create a space where my clients can share their thoughts and emotions openly without fear of judgement.
