Great to meet you!

Hi! I enjoy working with high achievers who are experiencing anxiety and stress around life transitions. Helping my clients find peace in the present moment and working with them to create a future in which they can thrive is truly a gift. I've worked in the field of psychedelic therapy and research since 2014 and have trained in multiple modalities including mindfulness, somatic awareness practices, compassion fatigue, secondary trauma and professional burnout.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a very compassionate, non-judgmental approach to my clients. The outside world can be so harsh. I believe that therapy should help you create a safe and secure container to explore your authentic self and be able to look at how you can improve your life through identifying needs and learning how to create healthy boundaries to meet your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to offer compassionate reflection to my clients in a way that allows them to heal and grow. Being present with my clients and allowing them to express their needs, we can work together to set goals and create a path towards a healthier future.
