Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from children to adults, supporting them through a variety of struggles, particularly with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and down-to-earth. I see myself not as someone with all the answers, but as a partner walking beside you on your path. Whether you're facing a specific life transition or feeling overwhelmed by emotions you can't quite explain, I believe that no one should have to go through it alone. My role is to help you uncover your strengths, find new tools, and build the confidence you need to move through the roadblocks that are holding you back.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect to walk away with more than just a place to vent; they leave with practical tools and new ways of thinking. Using a CBT approach, I help clients explore how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and work to challenge and reframe them in ways that are healthier and more productive.

Each session is focused on building insight and offering concrete strategies that you can start applying right away whether it’s managing anxious thoughts, shifting self-critical beliefs, or developing coping skills to navigate stress. My goal is for you to feel not only heard and supported, but also empowered with techniques that make a real difference in your day-to-day life.
