Great to meet you!

I work with people who are used to holding everything together for others but feel exhausted underneath. You may overthink interactions, feel guilty setting boundaries, or lose touch with your own needs while taking care of everyone else. These experiences can feel overwhelming, and therapy can be a space to work through them together.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University and have experience across nonprofit, school-based, and private practice settings. My work focuses on helping clients recognize and shift patterns of over-functioning, self-neglect, and chronic responsibility for others so they can feel more grounded, connected, and secure in their relationships and daily lives.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and active approach to therapy, meeting you where you are while helping you notice what tends to come up in real time. I gently challenge what keeps you stuck, while staying grounded in compassion. I am open to integrating clients’ spiritual or faith-based values into the therapeutic process when it is meaningful to them.

Together, we’ll work on building self-trust, setting boundaries with less guilt, and finding more sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s been weighing on you and what may be contributing to it. I’ll ask questions about your experiences, relationships, and current challenges to get a clearer picture of what you’ve been navigating.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling both understood and supported, with a clearer sense of direction and what it might be like to work together.
