Great to meet you!

You don’t have to keep repeating patterns that leave you feeling stuck. I’m warm, direct, and nonjudgmental, but I’ll also challenge you to look honestly at what’s getting in your way. I work best with people who are ready to be curious, do the work, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and build a life that feels like your own.

My approach to therapy

I utilize DBT and Somatic Experiencing to help you understand both your mind and your body. We’ll build practical tools for managing difficult emotions while paying attention to the ways stress, trauma, and experiences show up physically. Self-compassion is at the center of my work: I believe lasting change starts with learning to respond to yourself with more understanding.

What you can expect from me

Think of the first session as a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you want to change, and what you need from therapy. You don’t need to have the right words or have it all figured out, we’ll start where you are.
