Great to meet you!

I am a Master's-Level Clinician and am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving in Missouri. I specialize in trauma and complex PTSD, along with OCD, PTSD, women's issues, and anxiety.

I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing but incorporate various other modalities, including Trauma-Focused CBT, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is open-minded, humorous, and sometimes challenging, providing a supportive space for growth and healing.

Outside of work, I enjoy writing, poetry, dance, and spending time with family.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is deeply collaborative, affirming each client’s inherent strengths while focusing on practical, solution-oriented outcomes. I integrate a trauma-informed perspective, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that acknowledges and respects past experiences. My eclectic style allows me to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs, drawing from a broad spectrum of therapeutic techniques to facilitate personal growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can anticipate a space where dedication meets compassion. You will be actively engaged in the therapeutic process, where your voice is not only heard but affirmed. Together, we will cultivate a strong therapeutic alliance that is both nurturing and empowering. I am committed to creating an environment of mutual respect and understanding, where you are both supported and challenged to grow.
