Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I believe that healing begins when you feel truly seen, supported, and valued. Taking the step to seek therapy can feel overwhelming, and I honor the courage it takes to begin this journey. My work focuses on helping adults navigate challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I have a special passion for supporting BIPOC clients, first-time moms, college students, professionals, first responders, and individuals of faith.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process where we uncover your strengths, address challenges, and create space for growth. I integrate evidence-based practices with a compassionate, relational style, tailoring treatment to your unique needs. It’s important to me that you feel respected, understood, and empowered throughout our work together.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
