Great to meet you!
I’m a therapist with a background in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidality, with experience working across higher levels of care including residential treatment and partial hospitalization settings. My work is grounded in supporting clients through periods of acute distress as well as longer-term patterns that impact mood, relationships, and sense of self.
I specialize in trauma-focused work, including EMDR, and often work with individuals navigating complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, and persistent depressive symptoms. I also have experience supporting clients undergoing adjunctive treatments such as ketamine-assisted therapy, and I prioritize close monitoring, collaboration, and individualized care during these processes.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client. I draw from evidence-based modalities while emphasizing a strong therapeutic relationship, helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and process difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable and safe.
I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions, including those who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I aim to create a space that is both supportive and direct, where clients can explore challenges honestly while working toward meaningful and sustainable change.
