Great to meet you!

People come to therapy for different reasons. Sometimes something clearly isn't working. Other times, life may look okay on the surface, but you feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure about what you want next. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life changes, as well as those wanting to better understand themselves and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives.

My approach is warm, grounded, and curious. I’m interested in understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, including your thoughts and emotions, the patterns you've developed over time, and how your experiences show up in your body. Therapy can be a place to make sense of those experiences while finding ways to move forward that feel meaningful and true to you.

As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. I strive to create a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore your experiences in the context of your relationships, culture, identity, and the life you’ve lived.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, grounded, and curious. I draw from humanistic, somatic, and depth-oriented perspectives, paying attention to your thoughts and emotions, the patterns that have developed over time, and how your experiences show up in your body. We can explore what’s happening beneath the surface while also staying connected to what’s happening in your life right now. The goal is not just greater self-understanding, but finding ways to relate to yourself and your experiences differently and move toward what matters to you.

I also offer integration support for those looking to make sense of psychedelic, plant medicine, or other meaningful inner experiences.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be warm, conversational, and collaborative. We'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I’ll also ask about your background and experiences so I can better understand you and what might be helpful. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together.
