Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because people are often stronger and more resilient than they realize. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, and walk away with practical tools, not just insight. Together we'll figure out what's blocking you, work on skills you can use day-to-day, so progress feels real.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT and positive psychology to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change. Together we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies and build skills you can use every day.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions, and that's completely normal. It takes courage. My goal is to create a welcoming, safe space where you feel heard. We'll get to know one another, briefly review the therapy process, and start clarifying your goals so you leave with more clarity and a path forward. We're partners from minute one.
