Great to meet you!

I'm Erick Santos, a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist. As the child of Salvadoran parents who fled civil war, I have a personal understanding of how trauma, resilience, and generational patterns can shape our lives. This experience has influenced my passion for helping individuals heal from past wounds while creating healthier paths forward for themselves and future generations.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of difficult childhood experiences. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe enough to explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I work alongside you to understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths you already possess.

I draw from EMDR therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself.

What you can expect from me

You can expect warmth, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental approach. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll identify your goals, explore what's getting in the way, and develop practical tools to support your growth and healing.

Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, or a difficult life transition, I will meet you where you are and support you at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.
