Your first session is an opportunity to share what has brought you to therapy and what you hope will feel different in your life. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, current stressors, and goals. You do not need to prepare anything in advance.
Many clients report feeling relief after the first session simply from having space to speak openly. By the end of our meeting, we will identify initial goals and discuss a clear path forward so you leave with direction and support.
