I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 18 years of extensive expertise in Nursing, spanning from Community Health to Psychiatry.
I specialize in treating a range of conditions including Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, and Stress related issues.
I offer a welcoming and supportive space during treatment that values the authenticity of each individual. The care I provide is based on the premise that patients respond best to a combination of therapy, lifestyle modifications, and medication ( if applicable).
You can expect to feel heard. Intake appointments can range from 60-90 minutes depending on client needs/services. I utilize a patient centered approach and therapeutic communication to address the unique needs, barriers, and concerns of each client. I encourage my clients to focus on progress in place of perfection while moving towards an improved sense of well-being.
