Great to meet you!

I hold dual licenses as both a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

I have been practicing for over 20 years with an emphasis on substance use disorders and working with women.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize a client-centered approach to wellness that considers the individual as a whole. We will explore the many areas of your life to inform how best to work together in the therapeutic process.

I have over 20 years of experience in treating addiction disorders and the co-occurring challenges that come with addiction. I work with clients to manage stress, navigate life transitions, build coping skills, and heal from trauma. I also specialize in working with developing healthy boundaries.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide a comfortable and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Client's can expect various outcomes from therapy depending on their individual needs and goals. We will work toward increased self-awareness, improved coping skills and a minimization of symptoms or issues presented.
