Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Forever Bloom Counseling. I work with young adults and adults navigating life transitions, relationships, and the pressure of being a high achiever. My approach is trauma-informed, curious, and collaborative, leading clients to deeper understanding of self and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I integrate somatic, EFT, ACT, and values-based work to help clients understand their emotions, explore patterns, and reconnect with what matters. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, helping you gain insight and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from our work. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and comfortable as we begin creating a plan together.
