Great to meet you!

Many of us long for deeper connection but find ourselves repeating relationship patterns that leave us feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck. My passion is helping couples and adults understand the attachment patterns shaping their relationships so they can create more secure, authentic, and fulfilling connections. I provide a warm, collaborative, and affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is attachment-based, collaborative, and relationship-focused. I believe many of the struggles we experience in our relationships are influenced by the ways we've learned to connect, protect ourselves, and seek closeness throughout our lives. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional awareness and communication, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I strive to create a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore challenges, deepen connection, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brought you to therapy. I'll want to understand the challenges you're facing, the relationships that matter most to you, and the goals you hope to achieve. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can begin making sense of your experiences together. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and what the next steps may look like.
